    Forestry & Ophthalmology

    Every year, one call for proposals will open in the two funding programs. The final decision of the board is expected in about 6 months later, in November or March, respectively.

    Next deadlines for applications:

    • Ophthalmology – 30 April 2024
    • Forestry – 23 September 2024

    Scientific committee (SC) makes a preselection based on the objectives of the call for proposals
    Preselected applications are reviewed by the SC
    External reviews might be asked if the competence is not present in the SC
    Not preselected applications are recommended to the board for rejection without in-depth review

    In the SC meeting, all reviewed applications are discussed
    If necessary, a clarification is requested from the applicant

    Management informs all applicants about the board decision
