Strategic Developments

In two areas of interest, the foundation runs funding programs that take a more targeted approach over their five-year term:

Forestry: Solution-oriented research projects based on an interaction between science and practice

Ophthalmology:  Strenthening institutional research capacity building in low- and middle income countries

Projects

We present a selection of funded projects below and on our website. Besides research projects, we sometimes fund solicited lighthouse projects.

Foundation Projects

The foundation also formulates its own projects which function as a kick-starter or as advocacy projects. Most of our support goes to promoting the importance of daylight.
