Velux Stiftung - Registration

In order to receive the necessary login information for your user account, you need to register first. Please complete the form with your personal data and information on your research institute/organization. The creation of an account does not bind you to submit an application. User accounts without submissions will be deleted 12 months after their registration.

Please note though that the person acting as PI of the application needs to have a permanent employment and has to ask for the user account him-/herself. Only persons with a permanent employment are eligible to lead a project as a PI. Persons with a tenure-track position do not count as permanent employees.

Within 1-3 days you will receive a message at the e-mail address you provided above. We kindly ask you to also check your spam folder for a message from our system. Please follow the information provided in the e-mail to activate your user account. After changing the password, you can login on the portal with your provided username and your new password. Once on the portal, you will be guided step by step through the application process and you will have access to all necessary document templates.
